1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Sentinel Forensic ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Blockchain Immutability Warning

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

The App allows you to certify data on the Solana Blockchain. You understand that blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible. Once evidence is hashed and recorded on-chain, it cannot be deleted, edited, or hidden by the Developer or anyone else.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The content of the photos you capture.
The security of your private keys/wallet used to sign transactions.
Paying the network gas fees and service fees required for certification.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Developer (Alexx_17) does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that blockchain certifications will hold legal value in all jurisdictions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
